Front louvers are mechanically driven, making air flow direction adjustable. Comes with putty to make your window opening air tight. I have pella vinyl windows and had to cut a strip of wood for it to set on.

I really respect when a company is willing to stand behind their product and minimize the hassle to a consumer in making things right. Dreo customer service is also superb. That's great customer service and i really appreciate it tina.

We bought 5 of these last year and have been very impressed with the quality.

It would turn itself on and off at random, adjust the temperature and mode on its own at random, it was just plagued with problems.

Unfortunately the unit stopped cooling quite as well and became louder than it should have been.

This ac is a life saver and it is worth every penny.

It is also intended to be highly $$ efficient which i consider a major budget requirement.

I bought this with a coupon code and would buy another one if the price was the same.

Shipping

Received it in a few days and tina even placed a follow up call to make sure everything was working well.

Now my unit is missing the remote control so i contacted customer service and tina in customer service sent out a remote immediately.

I did a search and found one online for $11 shipped.

They asked me a few questions, had me send a quick video so they could hear the noise, and then shipped a new unit to me.
