Pros

Small heater keeps laundry room toasty. Maintains temp. Starts heating the room back up. We use ours in an rv and it keeps it warm.

It has an oscillation option. It performs satisfactorily. Oscillates obviously, yet ominously omniscient.

It works like a charm and heats a large area very nicely. It doesn't get hot -- i wish it warmed a bit more, but it's very small and won't accidently burn you.

This heater is small and sleek. I like that it's so compact and not a huge eyesore.

Cons

They know they don't work, and are selling these defective units to you. Shame on them and shame on you for buying one after reading this. I'm highly annoyed because it cost like $65 and i feel like i wasted my money.

The front of the heater gets very hot with use, to the point it can burn. The heater oscillates in about an 180 degree arc. The thermostat issue is obviously the deal breaker for me.
