Pros

The heater works very well for a 18'x25' bedroom size room. It heated my whole livingroom. The lowest setting is perfect, warm enough to take away the chill.

The thermostat is accurate. It allows you to have a constant temperature without worrying about a timer. The 12-hour timer is a fantastic feature, allowing me to customize the heating duration according to my needs.

The compact and sleek design makes it easy to place in various spaces without being an eyesore. Safety features such as the tipping mechanism that shuts off the heater if it gets knocked over.

W quiet ptc ceramic heating technology not only warms up the room swiftly but does so without the annoying noise often associated with heaters. The 70° oscillation ensures that the entire room receives a consistent and cozy heat.

Cons

Customer service is rude, barely helpful, and i still don't have a unit that works. The heater is just a month out of warranty (very conveniently) and you get a clue by all the caveats they include in their user manual.

When the unit rotates, it makes a subtle grinding noise. This thing keeps shutting off. I'm now back to using a quartz heater i bought in the late 80s.

It’s a little pricey compared to a few others i saw on amazon, but so far seems completely worth it.

I really like this unit and the price was unbeatable.

Setup and operation was quick and easy but i haven't needed to use the remote that comes with it.
