Great fan, cools well, easy to set up and no issues.

Works great and cools the room even without ice pack

Moved to a new apartment that doesn't have ac and has horrible cross ventilation, so the living area gets very hot and stuffy.

Then i had it on 3 in the kitchen while cooking and felt it was loud, so i tried the mute button and nothing changed at all.
