The skirt comes with a satin ribbon belt w/ belt loops on the sides of the elastic satin waist band so it doesn't move. The band is elastic and has a little satin tie separate so you can have all the necessary stretch but still have a smooth waistband... Read More

The tulle on this skirt is soft and not scratchy. The lining is solid, not sheer and at the knee. The tull itself is sheer and soft and breathable. The petticoat is good quality and the color is exactly like the picture.

Cons

This is so far from "lilac" and does not match the advertised photo. The sash is a lot thinner width than i thought it would be. Super super cheap, would not recommend.
