The skirt comes with a satin ribbon belt w/ belt loops on the sides of the elastic satin waist band so it doesn't move. The band is elastic and has a little satin tie separate so you can have all the necessary stretch but still have a smooth waistband... Read More

Skirt is very lovely with 4 layers of tulle, received a lot of compliments. The petticoat is good quality and the color is exactly like the picture. The tull itself is sheer and soft and breathable. It's super flowy.

Great color. Good fit.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality. Bought for a cocktail party.

Cons

Tore up on 1st wear. Which is a bummer because it is adorable on. Had to return because 1. I had strings hanging off the belt that i had to snip, the belt is very thin that it doesn't even fit over the waistband correctly and i was very disappointed.
