Pros & Cons
Pros
Was pleasantly surprised. Great price too, highly recommend. Previous knowledge of chainsaws is probably a good thing. But that's a whole different till to begin with.
The biggest option this saw has over similar saws is the built in lubricating oil reservoir. The teeth on the saw itself are very sharp and will have no issues cutting through weeds and debris. It's strong enough to cut thick oak tree branches.
Cons
Battle to put the battery on and to remove it makes this product useless. My wrist still hurts today.
Highlights
Quality
I'm a very impressed with the little power tool.
All were impressed with the fact that they sent three chains, extra battery, and extra bar!
Also, the case is nice to have but it's not of the greatest quality.
The build quality isn't what you might find in recognizable tool brands, but also doesn't feel too cheap or flimsy.
Price
Again the price is half what many of these are.
The fit a function was much, much improved and yet was half the price.
I don't see this price holding long.
Packaging/appearance
I rotates out of the way if you need to space to cut.
It cut a 6 inch limb in seconds right out of the box.
I had to play with this thing straight out of the box.
Competitiveness
This little chainsaw works like a champ!
All-in-all i think this would be a great addition to anyone's power tool repertoire and would certainly recommend.
Well behind barn in woods we took hubby's electric chainsaw and he broke his chain.
The application here would be in between a sawzall and a chainsaw.
