Update: i have returned the rollator to amazon.
I got this for my lady friend and the first thing i had to do was tear it down, strip off the paint and repaint it vikings purple and gold.

We purchased this to take with us on a 2-week trip to europe.
Very nice and sturdier than other models i have owned.
This new product design is for serious consumers that need a quality/high strength walker/rollator.

Unfortunately it is that same folding mechanism that results in the things i dont like so much about this walker

The back rest and the basket both need to be flexible to fold which makes them very flimsy having to be made of soft material

Also on my other walkers i used to be able to hang a bag and a water bottle off the handle bars and due to the arcs design one cant do that

Also the design of the unit seems to promote a more upright posture when walking

Adjusts to about 3 more inches higher but for anyone with more height this model would not work
