Pros
Construction is a balance between strength and portability. Very durable. The only inconvenience is the handle which is pretty hard. I wish i could find a high density foam to cover that street handle.
Cons
The product description says it has a minimum height of 30 inches but the actual height is 32. It's way too wobbly for people that can't walk stably enough. Very disappointed in the product and the service.

The only thing i'd change is to make it sturdy enough for heavier people.
After two or three minutes, the pain is gone, and on to the next item.
You have to be careful with it as the construction is a balance between strength and portability.
Competitiveness
Much better than the cheaper version which is flimsier & has no height adjustments.
