Keeps me from bending over the original shortie. It brings the hand holds upward, for more comfort.

They are not like the original wheels that came with my tall walker. Total waste of time. Very misleading description.

The image just shows two wheeled legs but there are 4 legs 2 slider caps and two replacement rear leg end caps
