It seems well made but overpriced at nearly $500 for what's there though. This hoyer is worth the $$ and reasonably priced.

If you need it though, it's a godsend for transferring immobile persons from bed to chair and back. The only thing that * is that there is carpeting in that bedroom. The unit is sturdy making the patient comfortable when transporting.

The patient feels very secure and safe. It works efficiently with minimal effort required by the caregiver. It is very easy to operate and has made the process able to be executed with no strain.

Lift my handicapped grandson to and from his wheel chair. Raises & lowers slowly with good control. The chains are adjustable so you can adapt them to ensure their legs clear the floor and the sling is level.

Heavy, but easily loaded and unloaded.
