Pros

Wheelchair is manageable, maneuverable, and the handbrakes make securing the wheelchair easy. The legs move out of the way foe easier safer acess to get out if the chair and into a car. Buy the big wheels, that's the key i think.

Great purchase, petite for my 5'2 165lb mom. It is very roomy. Good insurance in my opinion. An 18 wide makes it easier to get through the doorways.

Cons

Item is warranty for a year. Called manufacture and finally got someone to help after many calls. Will never buy this type of product on amazon again. There were no instructions with it as to whether or not there is some way to lock it open.

Plastic footrests are so rough on the back they may injure the back. The armrests have only 16 inch clearance. Footrest attachments stick out on the inside and may scrape or bruise the outer side of one's legs.

Sad that drive went in this direction re: plastic parts and less than optimal materials.

Price

For the price we were nervous, but it has exceeded every expectation.

Certainly a good value--it saved our vacation.

I would gladly pay several hundred dollars more.

Shipping

I order on amazon so it will be dropped ship at my house not somewhere else.

It came in perfect condition and the fit and finish is excellent.
