After contacting amazon i was informed that as the table included gas filled hydraulics i could not return said item through the normal amazon returns route

I needed to contact the supplier direct

After some days i was informed of the process however i would have to post the table back at my own cost £20 inc insurance to receive my money back

Having reluctantly accepted this i posted the item as instructed with cover note etc

After one week i had no notification from the supplier of receipt other than my postage tracker

On contacting the supplier again direct they confirmed that they had received the table and i was instructed that i would now have to raise a return account via amazon the receive my money back

Seeing no mention of this on the amazon website i contact them direct
