Pros

The rail slides under the mattress, and is held in place with straps that go around the mattress. The strap keeps the rail from moving when in use. It does, if you consult with the people that sell you the movable base to see where to put the straps.

These rails are well made and very sturdy. It is a bit wobbly but can definitely meet the claims of weight support.
