Pros

It's not perfect, but it is very good. The price is outstanding for what you get. The scooter operates fine. Very thankful for my phoenix.

The phoenix is smooth as silk inside home and retail areas but it’s a rodeo ride outside. The scooter is a sturdy work horse and performs as described. It is a bit short on leg room, which is the main drawback, but the battery is very good.

The angle of the flip-up arm rests is adjustable. The leg room although adequate for most could be improved for some by modifying the seat base plate.

Phoenix hd arrives in several heavy boxes and they required able bodied assistants. Changed them to blue real fast. Delivery on time as requested and very well packaged.

Cons

Scooter is not as mobile as was reported. I have osteoarthritis and can not lift the heaviest piece in and out of the trunk.

So far i am impressed with the overall appearance, sturdy feel , and ease of disassembly for storage.

This looks to be a high quality product, and we look forward to using it.

Never take on a speed bump with the scooter at an angle, you’ll end up scraping the underside.

Instructions are buried with the basket and state to read all instructions prior to unboxing!

The price is outstanding for what you get.

Shipping was very quick and assembly was easy .

Customer service was fast and efficient when ups left the scooter in the lobby instead of bringing it up on the elevator.

Variable speeds and pretty fast in high speed, can't walk that fast!

Packaging/appearance

The packaging seem a little lightweight for a 130 lb unit.

The product arrived safely although the condition of the packaging gave me concern that damage might have occurred.

Competitiveness

I use this to get back into the world.

A great scooter with a great longtime battery.

I have one complaint, however, to the manufacturer.
