Pros
Maneuverability is responsive, smooth and quiet. Allows to to scoot around. The brake wires are enclosed so they don't get snagged.
It is solidly built, operates easily, and looks good. European style folds, which also makes it easier to get into the trunk of my car. It also has a zippered light weight bag attached.
The tall model allows me to stand up straighter and not bend forward. My dad is 6 feet tall and needed a rollator that provided him with good posture. This one is tall enough with out us even having to raise the handles.

It’s a wonderfully sturdy product, light weight and easy to fold up.
It’s so sturdy with the brake cables inside the frame!
The wheels don't roll smoothly at all and get hung up in cracks like in tile, which affects the steering.
This made her bend forward as she walked and over the years she got so she could barely stand straight, even when not using the walker.
Price
Well worth the price for the quality product … and we’re on a very tight budget!
I reccomend it as good value for the price.
I call it my cadillac because it was so expensive and definite not double the price of the heavier one.
Shipping
After waiting 3 weeks and a dozen calls for their customer service team to send 1 of the 3 needed parts, i returned it to amazon.
The same day it arrived my old rollator was repaired.
Packaging/appearance
I was so happy when i opened the box to find that it came 100% assembled and ready to use right out of the box.
Just a beautiful walker with front net container to hold items.
Competitiveness
Whether moving around the house, but especially outdoors, i can't see going with any other brand.
I have 3 different brands of walkers and this by far is one of the best walkers i've ever used with the most comfortable seat.
The white brake handles look tacky compared to the cadillac look of the walker.

Standard height devices at max height left him stooped over during walking

I can lift it easily but someone with impaired balance would likely have difficulty getting it into vehicle and have to hold on to vehicle to walk to get it but that is true of most of these devises
