Pros

It rides very smooth and is great for taking walks with friends and hubby. The only thing i didn't like about this was that i was left having to take the normal range batteries out of the plastic housing on the scooter and open it up myself to manuall... Read More

It gives the member the mobility he needed and the freedom to cruise through the stores as he pleases. Extremely well packed - arrived in perfect condition. Easy to turn and operate with one hand.

Cons

Don't buy a pride scooter. It has a permanent lumbar type bend at the bottom of the seat back that shorts the depth of the scooter seat. Causes severe pain down my legs and back. My bottom goes completely numb.

It turns on and beeps 5 times and is totally charged but won't go forward or backwards. It's brand new and it's defective. Tried reseting, charging, etc and nothing has worked.

Most scooters have electrical plugs hanging on wires between battery and motor. If the battery is less than full, it has a tendency to simply shut down.

So i called the company and they said theyd email me a delivery date.

The seller was very accommodating and understanding when i realized that the scooter wouldn’t arrive by the date expected.

Extremely well packed, heavy duty box, plyable foam and styrofoam packing, no seen damage.

Extremely well packed - arrived in perfect condition.

I got it unpacked and completely assembled in less than an hour, working alone.
