They were ribbed on the bottom and almost immediately the ribs started shredding off

I would have given this product 5 stars but the bungee type cord that secures the top of the crutches to the bottom of the crutches when they are folded was broken when i received them

These crutches give me the freedom to ride where i want to and then be able to get off the bike to move around

The drive tips that came with the crutches got splits in the outer rings in the first few days but since i trimmed those rings off and rounded the edges with a file they have not shown any more wear

I also tried replacement tips from walgreen’s with a suctioncup structure but did not like them because the suction action made a creaking noise that was loudly amplified by the shafts
