This product is over hyped. It doesn't detect a sleepy state and wake you gently. It just constantly buzzes the he@# out of you from the moment you put it on. This is not able to keep me awake and alert on long drives.

If i do put it on by clipping it onto my seatbelt or jacket and clipping on the earlobes sensors then with a few times practice i can turn it on and off by touch

Otherwise when you are in the act of driving and need an alertness or energy boost i would recommend keeping a can of energy drink or coffee nearby instead because it is easier to open with one hand

I never used it long enough that the battery went dead so i cannot comment on the run time

The first time i used this thing it was dark in my car i hadnt read the directions quite well enough its all chinese to me sir and i fumbled with the buttons unfortunately turning the electric shock up rather than down
