Different than carl hart for example he doesnt seem to be pro drugs but rather pro science antihypocrisy pro numbers and if you read the book carefully without trying to find an agenda where there doesnt seem to be one the end result is sobering

The author was hired by uk parliament to come up with a harm reduction solution and was fired by politicians who feared they wouldnt be reelected if they went light on drugs even if it reduced harm
