It's the perfect size to fit in the nose of my one person kayak. It’s definitely water proof. Took it kayaking and it got dunked a few times.

It leaked- the paper towels i had inside were soaked. It’s cheap neon orange plastic.
The buckle at the bottom of the back strap was incorrectly manufactured. The dimensions given on product page in photos are completely fake. The bag is only 10” in diameter or 25. Cm when folded over 4 times.

They are fine for light duty but if i had something that was really valuable or highly waterphobic i wouldn’t trust it
