Highlights
Quality
This product sealed my cheap rims, my mechanic told me that my rims are impossible to seal but he was wrong, this tape made a perfect work.
I do not get any air leakage through the spoke holes like i did with the generic tape that came with my wheels.
What isn't obvious is how much time that conformity saves you - just keep the tape lined up with the rim edges and you'll be do... Read More
Price
The cost is a bit high compared to some of the competitor tapes, but i felt that i have gotten what i paid for, and better.
Packaging/appearance
Used a single pass of the 27mm tape on my 25 mm inner diameter rims.
Stan's was just a bit too stiff and had lots of bubbles.
Competitiveness
Plenty of length to go around two times on both 29er wheels.
I've used stan's, silca platinum tape, gorilla tape, no name stuff, etc.
You can spend your time and money continually retaping your wheels or you can do it once with this stuff from a trusted manufacturer.

I thought silcas platinum tape would be better but it was 10x worse

It is too stiff and therefore doesnt conform to the rim bed creating air bubbles under the tape that are a nightmare

Only one wrap required according to dt swiss even at high pressures 90 psi

With stans i would lay a few inches of tape pull it up try again pull it up until i could finally get it to lay properly
