Quality

I used this to daisy chain into a db9 to usb in order to manage my new edge router 4.

Hardware tested on - dell n2048p switch

This null modem cable along with a serial-to-usb cable allowed my windows 10 laptop to run as a console using putty.

Bottom line is that it seems well built and it works.

Price

I did have to purchase a usb to db9 adapter, but, even with that, this was a very inexpensive approach.
