Out of 4 screws 1 has no threads so that adapter can not be properly installed

Or if your are rolling your own device and can make sure to match the pinout you are good as well

But if you are trying to use one of these as a console cable to a cisco or whatever or as an eiatia561 compatible cable then it wont work properly as the pinout is different
