Pros

Adapter works exactly like it's supposed to. Upgraded pc and monitor. Using this to connect my 10700 linux boxto the vga kvm in the rack. Just upgraded to a new computer tower.

The connection is very solid and well made from what i can tell

Even though you don't get as sharp a picture as using straight dvi it's still good quality

(been 15 years since i've upgraded computer) and i see they have changed the monitor plugs to what they call a digital plug.
