Pros

Highly recommend this product. Got this to replace a shore 1' adapter and 10' serial cable.

Cable works with my club's nce power pro and it's ancient serial port connection to run withrottle. Worked perfectly for pc hdmi port to nce dcc system. This cable also works well for use with cisco console cables. All pins are wired correctly.

Works great. Chicks don't hit on me, my abs don't get more ripped, my hairline continues to recede, but it works.

Works everytime on windows 10, whether windows 10 upgrades or not. No need to reset drivers as in the older cables with the old chips. Works great on a 2015 mbpro both in osx and win10 vía boot camp.

This usb cable will come with ftdi chip which seems to have a better support rather than the prolific chip (vcp/d2xx).

With a ftdi chip it is likely it works with linux and other os' without issue.
