The battery is worthless. In fact, i should be reimbursed for this low quality item.
We misses the return date as it was still working january 31st. Just buy one direct from dyson. No way to get support for this item either… as it’s listed as not eligible for support.
After about 6 months it got really touchy to get it to charge, we use the dyson charging dock that came with the vacuum. It is erratic and needs frequent charging. It no longer holds its charge. It just dies and have to recharge.
