Pros
Tighten down the pivot bolt to your liking but do not over tighten. Gravity holds while you secure with a thumbscrew. I am quite impressed with this setup and it makes my work-from-home life much easier.
It's sturdy, easy to assemble, and features all the advertised range of motion. Overall a very sturdy and good monitor arm for 2 monitors.
This product is well-backed by the manufacturer. Also, their customer service is outstanding. Bought this to go with my uplift desk.
Cons
Reviewer says the clamp is too low and the tensioner is faulty. He also says the bottom bolt is too short and can't be reattached. He says the cord is flimsy and the clamp doesn't work properly.

I got this for 45 bucks with a coupon it is holding both of my 27 inch monitors and it hides the cords like it is literally flawlessss.
I bought this when they were having a sale.
Overall for the price they do a good job.

If you were trying to run 2 smaller monitors closer together on pushed to the back of a desk up against a wall you would run into issues with the arms contacting the wall
