Pros
Not much room for anything else with two monitors parked on this surface.
Cons
The shoulder and elbow joints are extremely stiff. The tilt is the worst of the lot, and the joint is just held by a single bolt. The thumb screw for the vesa mount is also in a bad place.
It's out of warranty, so heading towards landfill. This arm is complete junk and could actually damage your equipment. Honestly just stay away from this product entirely.

Easy assembly, great range of motion, can still be pretty much against a wall

The screw to clamp the monitor to the arm is rather big, couldn't get it to fit on my alienware.
The position of the arms have been set and i don’t switch them at all.
Price
A fair price and a good product atvall
But if you have the space, this is a great buy for the money.
Shipping
I contacted huanuo through their website, their customer service was very fast and pleasant.
They had me send pictures and made some suggestions, then they shipped a new part to me within 2 days of the confirmation email.
The manufacturer/seller was quite prompt in responding and advised against.

I accidentally snapped a piece off and taped it from the inside… so it is hard to notice but it is still cracked
