Pros
The gas powered single 'arm' is an excellent buy - i highly recommend it. Item is very sturdy and durable.
Cons
The rotation is not tight enough to hold 27 monitors. When you rotate your monitor, it will not hold and rotates back to landscape. The installation is frustrating since you need to screw from bottom up.

Or turn it the other way it will tighten so it locks the position of the monitor to the angle you want it at

Needs improvement the arm joints are not tight vertical height of the arm to monitor is not adjustable on the go a screw adjusts the set height straightness of the arm the joint at the monitor connection doesn’t hold position too well instructions could be clearer

Unfortunately if you intent to you it against a wall it will have a significantly limited range of movement left and right parallel to the desk in one direction

My two computer screens setting on the other side of the desk werent working for me any more everything was blurry
