Pros

These grip good in snow and ice (and not too bad on bare macadam sections either) the rubber is really strong and grips the boot well. The top selling point of this product is that it is lightweight.

This pair does a good job of delivering stable running in icy, winter conditions. High carbon steel makes the spikes last longer. They also come with a little pack of 2 extra spikes, as you can replace them. They are better than my yak tracks for trac... Read More

Cons

They are very difficult to put on and are not very pliable. Hard to remove even with bare hands, impossible with gloves on. It's sad, because i've been raving to people for a decade about how great the original ones were.

This have very little stretch and you will pinch your fingers getting them on. Unfortunately, the xtra large size is not large enough to easily go over my shoes.
