Pros

Skechers gorun have a good amount of foam in the heel area. They loosen up tight muscles with gentle, rounded nubs. It saves me and my foot, which saves my back, and my knee.

This foot rubz is sooooooo good. This is the third one i've bought--one for me, sis, and now mother. This helps so much! It is so great!

Cons

It specifically states that it uses acupressure techniques. After just three uses a couple of nodules are about to fall off. The nubbs are too small and very uncomfortable on my foot.
