These picks allow very articulate playing. The black picks are really great too.

Dunlop 47pxls nylon jazz iii xl, black, 6/player's pack - almost perfect but wish there was a max grip version like the jazz iii's. Black nylon for guitar, ultex (yellow semi-translucent) for bass.
