Pros
No squeaking. The lubrication works well and does not attract any dust. The lube also seems to last a long time.
Easy to apply & doesn't leave a sticky film. Simple liquid application * on bottle. Great price, considering buying anything like this local is easily 2-3 times the price.
Using it onthe lead screws, bearings and even brushed a layer on the brass nozzle of my creality cr10-s. Works great for lubrication of the z rod on a 3d printer.
Sounds like a winner to me. Other than a poorly designed bottle this stuff works fine. I like the dripper bottle.
Use it on brakes and derailleurs too. Works on pretty much everything from sqeaky chairs to electronics. Used it on my bike chain, locks of all types, windows-oh they slide open and close so effortlessly now.
Cons
Liquid evaporates leaving a thin coating of teflon. Made the problem on my ez glide recliner-type chair 100% worse.

Very annoying and for every one drop that comes out of the tip, 2 or 3 drops randomly leak out the side.
Price
It's cheaper than the stuff the manufacturer recommends, easy to apply.
Bottle of lubricant for $80 and i told them they were insane and refused to buy it.
I purchased this lube to deal with a squeal i was getting every time my ender 5 3d printer would move on the z-axis.
For the price it cant be beat.

You can’t use standard oilbased stuff on everything so a dry lube like proprietary teflon fits the bill for many things where you want protection that will stay and not attract dirt

As with any chemical carefully research what you willl do with it consider temperature other chemicalsetc… example don’t use it on rubber orings in a chlorine pool environment
