Regarding the taste of the water no complaints but i do not like the device because on the display window only shows the 100 total gallon capacity water filter but there is no indicator when to change the filter or how low it is

I first thought the little usage led on the end was not working until i realized it only comes on when water is running through the filter

That is backlit but hard to see unless the faucet arm is turned to where i have a straight on view of it

For me the meter doesnt mean a lot however i use a filter until the water flow is diminished enough to be bothersome at least twice what the stated capacity is

I am not sure if it will take another filter that has that feature but the model that the book indicates it needs does not show a life span so from now on i am going to replace the filter every 90 days to make sure it is not being over used

If i had to put a max price that i would pay for this i would pay no more than twenty five dollars largely in part to the cartridge it uses
