Black is more discrete and least distracting for the displays that i am powering. Safety yellow color is eye catching, as it should be. Works to cover mic cable. Hides and protects extension cords.

Cons
Manufacturer claims the groove size (the thickness you can cover) is 1. The actual groove size is 1. It looks a ridiculous to have 3 pieces of yellow rubber laying crookedly, only partially covering the hose and separated across the driveway.

Build quality is good, i just could not find a larger size to fit my cable.
Price
The price was the best we've seen for these.
This works perfectly for what i needed and was the lowest price i could find for a cable ramp.

Unfortunately the ramp cover channel wasnt deep enough to allow the it to lay flat on the floor as it was designed for thus creating a trip hazard

The clearance is pretty small so it wouldn’t fit more than maybe 2 regular width cables or the one charging cable i’m using for my car

I was concerned that someone tripping over the hose could damage the connection and cause a gas leak or fire

Its a rubbery type of material that bends easy but it doesnt flatten if you step on it

I think the only improvement i would make is if it was heavier some how to keep it from lifting at the edges when anything pushes up on it

I had purchased something similar from a box store to protect the extension cord but when i drove over it it would slide up or down the driveway
