Pros
Not only does it grab things, it grabs tiny things and it grabs big things and anywhere in between. Non-folding is a key trait in a grabber to support retrival of heavier items. Beats grabbing a step stool after back surgery.

Cons
Dealing with healthsmart is contorted, and really not worth my time for an $11 item. Bad qa/qc. It has metal crimpers on the ends of the cords so you cant fix it.
The claw is not very comfortable. The grip strength is useless. Items seem to be bent at the suction cup arms.
