I am fairly sure it is real diamond, as i couldn't scratch it with my mohs pick at a level 8. Perhaps the pitch on the threads is wrong?

Now i do print some carbon filled and wood filaments fair commonly but nozzle wear has never been a huge concern as id just drop a new nozzle in and reset z

If you happen to turn it on you really need to dial in the settings as once you do then you can achieve glass like surface and it really shows

The carbon fiber or nylon high abrasive type of filaments do nothing to this nozzle as it just prints as smooth and accurate as if it was a new nozzle
