Pros
This is the best pan that i ever owned. It is very deep, quite sturdy. As long as you follow the instructions provided for steel pans they are amazing.
Cons
This is the first pan i have had that has discoloured as quickly as it has. The pan is easy to scratch. Not at all easy to clean.

Ordered this 10 inch pan about 2 weeks ago used a fair amount never over medium heat and only wooden or plastic utensils on it

Was performing quite well until tonight when my plastic spatula made a 4 inch long scratch right in the middle of the pan

I have used food grade stainless steel quite a bit and have to say this is quite sub standard in terms of the material used on the cooking surface
