I love the duxtop brand as a great quality alternative to the more expensive brand pans.
This pan is every bit as good and i would not spend the money on a high dollar name brand when i can purchase the duxtop.

Looks beautiful works reasonably well is a useful size seems strongly made can go in the oven but its not as thick and heavy as my other triclad pan which was from ikea btw so doesnt stay in the correct temperature range for as long

These stainless steel pans need to be used and kept very hot while frying otherwise food sticks to them
