I had an estimate done by a garage door company, and just to replace the bottom rubber they wanted $800!

Came in four parts though it was one piece
Came 10' as advertised and my door was 9', so of course i had to cut it and all associated parts but that was anticipated.

The seal on my garage door was flat and pretty stiff definitely time for a replacement

I went along the length squeezing the old seal to try and loosen it some

Next i used a broom and swept away all the dirt etc

After that i got a spray bottle added some dish soap and water and sprayed the track

Since i was just replacing an old one i did not need to use the aluminum track provided and i was not planning on using the brush either

The seal goes in pretty well for the first half about 8 feet
