Pros

I use casein for baking; it’s much better than whey. I spread it on rice cakes for a quick snack, use it as frosting on anabolic yellow cake. The family is all aboard the keto train (choo choo!

This powder has a great, malt-ish taste less so for the vanilla. The texture is like chalk but the taste is amazing. The 'creamer' gives it a smooth texture.

Cons

I loooove artificial sweeteners and cinnamon. This has a chalky aftertaste that i detest.

Label on the bottle is exceptionally loose. The lid is both exceptionally over tightened as well as too wide. The gram count per scoop is also inaccurate.

Packaging/appearance

Pictured above is a protein vanilla ice cream i made in my blender.

Competitiveness

Have only tried the chocolate flavor which is better than most and i mix it with ripple plant based chocolate milk.

Value is less than other websites even with coupons.

The chocolate flavor is good, but casein is thicker in texture compared to other protein options.

However i switched to dymatize and have had zero problems ever since!
