It digests well and helps my muscles recover. Caloric content and macros are decent.

This is either purposeful false advertising to trick people to think they’re getting more or just horrible purposeful waste. The shipping label stuck to the cap says brownie. What is the point in having such a big container if half is missing?

The salt taste was surprising because it has the same amount of sodium as the previous brand i used to drink.
