It’s smooth, and not chalky. It blends well. It requires a blender but the end result is like a wendy's frosty.
Cons
The scoop within the container is not a cup's worth. On top of that, the mix tastes chemically at best and doesn't mix at all!
When i tell you this is repulsive i mean it. The lid is impossible to twist open. I really wish it was working and not causing me much frustration.
