Pros
Use this to get some extra calories. Each shake does a good job of filling you up also. Protein is a bit less per scoop. This one is perfect and gives me 1200 calories for one meal replacement.
Cons
The bottle says 1 scoop per 24-32 ounces. The scoop within the container is not a cup's worth.
The lid is impossible to twist open. I really wish it was working and not causing me much frustration. However shipping is not on time as promised at least for me.
