Pros
We have 12 staff hooked up to them so they are used quite heavily. Definitely worth having and using regularly.
Cons
It should be pulled from amazon until the correct dimensions have been produced by the manufacturer. There are no instructions for this product. There is no instruction for this item on amazon.

Couldn't be more happy with this product.
As advertised, product cleans the demo quite well, they are slightly undersized for the 4xl but they work just the same.
But after using them, and running the card repeatedly until it dried out, there was a noticeable difference in the print quality.
I've had no issues with the printer until recently where part of the address was not printing.
Shipping
I used these cleaning cards after i had gotten a shipping label majorly stuck in my label printer.
My dymo was printing blanks in between each shipping label.

I had a label come off while printing and it got stuck inside the workings of the dymo

It would print a label but then spit out 4 more blank labels so the sensor must have had some label stuck to it

I never used these until about 8 months after using my dymo 4xl on a regular basis because i didnt know it was almost necessary to do use them on a regular basis as maintenance

The cleaning cards dry out pretty quickly once opened and exposed to the air so use them as fast as possible

You can run it through the printer as many times as you can before it dries out to clean the printer heads really well

Id rather spend around 10 every few months to keep my dymo in great condition rather than have to buy a new printer down the line
