Quality

Much easier to hold and press the letters into the label, which also means better letters on the labels!

It’s been several months now since i’ve bought it and it’s super easy to use.

I feel like i'm going to break it every time i press for a letter because you need to press kind of hard.

You have to press really hard to get the letter to show up really well and it doesn't always cut when you press to cut.

Price

If you don’t make a million labels, why pay a fortune for something complicated.

I think they are overpriced (what isn’t these days) but i also like that i don’t have to plug it in, put a battery in it or charge it.

It's really my favorite and would have been five stars but the price is almost $15 more than what i paid for it even 3-4 years ago.

Packaging/appearance

Only thing is that the tracking of the package got lost and confusing but i got it.

It came pre-loaded with black tape in it, so i haven’t tried to replace a roll yet.
