I will admit loading the first roll of labels was frustrating but after searching for a video online it was very easy once you see it done

Adjusting the print parameters is also tricky but a simple internet search should help get it to print the way you want

Seemed to work well but it was too small for shipping labels so i returned it

You need to instal a few softwares to use it and would stop working sometimes

This printer is very easy to put labels in i use the dymo labels for labelwriter label printers 118 x 312 size just put the roll inside feed it through the front and it will know where to stopstart each label based on the holes punched between each label
