Pros
Works as decribed but adhesion could be better. Only dislike is i had it on the fridge and it fell off. Just as advertised.
Easy to use and lasts forever. Although, 1 roll seems to be lasting me so far. This item is a great package that includes 3 tapes.
Cons
Where the hole is for the adapter to plug in they put a plastic plug in the hole, and when i removed it there was nothing inside. The only recourse is to contact the company for help. Not worth the hassle.
It really surprises me that batteries are the only option to power the device. Will not power. Changed batteries several times. The batteries don't give it enough charge to make anylabels it says battery low!
One of the most common issues is tape jam and low battery. Tape jams when using the internal cutter, which folds the tape under it self. Oddly enough, the label tape options is what i hate the most.
I hate that all the punctuation is under the symbol feature where you have to scroll scroll scroll.

Battery life is good, display is nice and and clean, cartridges insert or remove easily.
Works great battery life so far has been excellent.
This is a replacement for the same type of label maker i had for years, it's screen stopped working.
Second one i've bought as only got ten years out of the first one.

Great value for what these cost and the he items utility is excellent .

The packaging is formed plastic, welded shut.

Took a bit to find the special symbols under the insert menu and the print sizes are kind of a waste of time

Id say the adhesion of the labels is not great so make sure youre using it on nice clean and smooth surfaces or else they could come off
