Pros
Just as advertised. Terrific price and works really well. Works great battery life so far has been excellent. Good product and works great.
Only dislike is i had it on the fridge and it fell off. This item is a great package that includes 3 tapes and at an affordable price. Although, 1 roll seems to be lasting me so far.

Cons
Tried to reset with 3 *, tried to clear, tried a new roll. Will not power. Where the hole is for the adapter to plug in they put a plastic plug in the hole, and when i removed it there was nothing inside. It's past the return window so there's nothing... Read More
Outside return policy so just a lump of moulded plastic. I hate that all the punctuation is under the symbol feature where you have to scroll scroll scroll.
The letratag labels are a problem. Oddly enough, the label tape options is what i hate the most.

This is a replacement for the same type of label maker i had for years, it's screen stopped working.

Great value for what these cost and the he items utility is excellent .

Wastes alot of tape rather print all labels in 1 go and then cut them with scissor to save label tape doesnt give you a preview so you have to print 1 of each size on the same tape to get a better idea of the font

And size create a size index and type in dex then its easy to know what your going to print
